Hi there!
My name is Tomek Rosset-Żak, and I work as a cinematographer, photographer, film editor, and data wrangler. In my personal life, I am the husband of the exceptional film editor Aleksandra Rosset-Żak, the proud dad of the wonderful dog Pixel, a climber, an adventurer, a fan of David Fincher, a former national team member in ju-jitsu and hitchhiker.
I pursued my education at two film schools. At the WRiTV in Katowice (currently the Krzysztof Kieślowski Film School), I specialized as a production manager, and at the Łodz Filmschool (PWSFTViT), I studied film editing (awarded a Rector's scholarship for top students). The films I worked on have been screened and awarded at numerous festivals in Poland and around the world.
I have collaborated with brands such as RedBull, MTV, Pol'and'Rock Festival, WOŚP (Great Orchestra of Christmas Charity), OSHEE, Planete+, MiniMini+, Human, PJATK, Getty Images, Sofar Sounds Warsaw, and my photographs have been featured on National Geographic Poland's website. I received an honorary mention for my travel photos at the Kharkiv Festival "ARTTRAVEL" in 2020.
Currently, I reside in Warsaw, but I am open to collaboration anywhere in the world. For the past 10 years, I haven't left home without my camera, and I believe that, along with my portfolio, it speaks volumes about me.
